Please please credit this fee back to our bank card, train your employees as to when a full detailing is warranted, and give your customers the benefit of the doubt. It's insane to me how we didn't get charged this last September when the vehicle was camping, had normal foot action and this time we sat in the front and did nothing wrong yet get hit with this unreal deduction from our deposit.

I would use them again but there payment policy's are very ridged. I didn't have enough money on my debit card for the full time I needed the car for. I was over 600 miles from one of my bank branches to make a deposit. So even tho I had plenty of cash on me they would not except cash. I asked if I could just go to Walmart and get a pre-payed Visa card and this was also rejected as the card wouldn't have my name on it. I had to finely borrow money from a friend back home to make a deposit in my account for me or my trip would have been runined. Stop making people jump threw hoops Enterprise. Offer Solutions not roadblocks...

For the 2nd time in a year and a half, our car decided to die the day before leaving on a very important wedding weekend getaway. We were treated so well last September that we decided to rent again from Enterprise.

I would like to sincerely thank Enterprise and the people in the company who care about righting a wrong experience. I can't say enough about their help.

Vehicle returned today

It was already stressful and depressing enough to be forced to rent a car, borrowing from our two children to make this trip possible and now they hit us with a $100 detailing fee is absolutely preposterous! For a few campfire ashes?? Come on.

Friendly staff once we were talking to more experienced workers! Made the process go fast and smooth!

After speaking with the manager who was extremely nice and very understanding, he agreed to refund the charge which was $92.00. This was last Tuesday yet as of this date one whole week later we have not received the credit and it is not in any pending deposit transactions. I will write to them.

My local car rental. They try very hard to accommodate last-minute request very busy place. Staff friendly. Cars are in good shape and cleaned.

As our last trip, this too was a camping weekend. Camping means campfires, campfires mean little ashes, sand, leaves and twigs. In September, we returned the vehicle with some sand little twigs and ashes which were flying in the air feet away from the vehicle. We know they will wipe the car down, do a little vacuum job upon return of the vehicle so we didn't even give it a second thought.

We would like this ridiculous fee credited to our bank card. I've never in my life returned a vehicle in poor or filthy condition. To think if I had just swiped a towel over the little bit of ashes and dead mosquitoes we would not have been ridiculously charged this crazy fee.

Updated: After a poor experience with certain personnel at this location I was met with a sincere and concerned email from the area manager. Enterprise went above and beyond to correct the issues I experienced when returning a vehicle. I have used Enterprise consistently for business/personal use and will have no worries doing so in the future. I cannot express adequately how professionally an unprofessional experience was handled.

This trip however, there was no sand, no twigs and no leaves but there were tiny remnants of campfire ashes in the front of the car. My husband Jay was forced to incur a $100.00 detailing fee to vacuum up this little bit of ashes and I am, we both are furious! The car was returned immaculate with the exception of these fire ashes which could have been wiped with a cloth! I know what the vehicle looked like because we emptied our belongings from it before returning it to Enterprise. We are fully aware of the no smoking policy and my husband tried to explain to the girl it was campfire ashes to no avail.
