My child had wisdom teeth extracted in March. Very impressed with Staff and Doctor throughout this process. Very professional office, courteous and caring. Would highly recommend.
Had to wait a couple of weeks just for the conciliation, but was suppose to get my wisdom teeth out the next day. Got a call 2 days before the conciliation saying how they hadn't talked to my insurance yet so we had to reschedule my appointment but I could still have the conciltation. When I was there they were nice and straight to the point. But they couldn't rescedual the actual taking out for another month. First they billed the wrong insurance, then a day before I was suppose to actually get them out we get a bill for $700 because they don't take out insurance, they also billed us for the conciliation... the doctor even admitted that I need to get them out soon, so the time I could have spent with a dentist that could actually do something I had to spend waiting on them to end up not doing anything and trying to take our money... but hey if you feel like you can wait a year to get your wisdom teeth out and want to get an unexpected bill. They are perfect for you.
Called one hour before my daughters expected wisdom tooth surgery saying our ins had exp i needed to pay 1000.turns out the office billed ins i didnt have and never gave them i had proof of all this they still refused to work with me and when we arrived refused to do my daughters surgery even though it was there mistake .they were rude 'condescending and went on and on about how his office staff is perfect it must have been my fault eben though we had proof it wasnt.calling the attorney general'state health dept and a lawyer
