I put an item on layaway, and told them when I'd be in to pick it up, today on black Friday. I get there, ready to pay off the rest of the amount, and pick up my layaway item, and they tell me they don't have it in stock.. So that kind of defeated the purpose of a layaway, because I had already put money down on the item I wanted, and it wasn't even there. Then they tell me they won't have any in stock before the sales are over, and that I wouldn't get the sale price, even if I paid it off now, and waited for them to get one in. That the price would go back up to the original. What's the point of layaway, if you're not going to LAY the item AWAY for me, when I put money down on it for you to do that. Thank you for selling the item I wanted, and screwing us both out of a deal.
Great service knowledgeable employees and a good selection of games
Unable to exchange not get a refund exchange a duplicate sky landers figure because they said that there were to many items to go through by looking up my rewards number. Grandparents got the same ones but did not give a receipt nor do they bother with reward cards. I usually have bad service at this location and will not renew my rewards membership or shop at this location in the future. So because I bought to many items you don't let a kid exchange some figures why be a good customer for crappy service.
They wanted my email address, i said i didn't want junk mail. They promised not to send me junk mail. They are liars and send me junk mail everyday. Liars say anything to push junk mail and i will never go there again not to mention they won't pick up the phone to fix the problem.
