The staff is over the top helpful! There is NEVER any pressure to buy. They take their time to answer any questions you have and do whatever it takes to help in making a decision. They are also careful to not push their tastes onto you but guide you toward what you personally like. Our first purchase was a memory foam mattress with the help of Bob. We've had it for 3 years now and still love it. Next I wanted to look for a living room set. We first had April come to our home to help with some ideas for changing our living room over. She had some GREAT ideas. But again no pressure to buy buy buy. We did decide on a sofa and yes it took us over a year before I went back and worked with Laura this time to decide on a color and i wanted to make sure the model was what we wanted. We even shopped around for the same make and model and they had no trouble matching the price. I was very happy to give them the business for all the time they took in helping us make a decision. Super team players!
