A world of surprises. As a crafter, sewer, knitter and beader, I never know what will catch my eye at Frank's. It is always a surprise. While first glance may be less than impressive, it's only upon closer examination that you can locate the "diamonds in the rough". I have purchased any number of gems on my various excursions. Just this week, I was able to snap up two yards of a wonderful black & white 100% wool boucle for $10. This is a ridiculous price and easily a quarter of the price I could have paid elsewhere. While beauty is in the eye of the beholder, this find could easily become my own Coco Chanel creation.
Good prices on fabrics and notions. Tons of remnants which are great for smaller projects. Super helpful people. Since it is discount, sometimes the color choices leave something to be desired, maybe they get the super ugly stuff that other places couldn't sell? They get new inventory all the time though so if you pop in regularly you might one day find just the right thing.
