Very good customer service, helpful without being pushy
JEFF was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. BOB was the reason we came to Claremont Love's bedding to buy our mattress. I had called three other stores and Bob was the only one who listened and seemed to care what I was looking for, the other stores were only wanting to sell me a mattress..
I bought a bed set a few years ago and discovered the center was starting to slope in. I contacted Love's and they sent a gentleman out ,looked at the tags and the bed and they made the decision to replace it no questions asked. I bought several pieces of furniture from love since and will continue to.
I had a few problems come up after I planed to purchase a new bed form loves bedding. At first I was not happy with any thing that I was getting told and I wouldn't be able to get my money back I put down on the bed. Mya was absolutely wonderful in helping me out and getting my money back a week later. I would just like to take the time out to thank her so very much. She was absolutely amazing and all that she did helped me out so much I can not thank her enough. Thank you every one at Loves Bedding for all you did to help me.
