Ordered food for pick up....food was ready but quality lacked to say the least...bacon was extremely undercooked and had to throw a whole grinder in the trash
Really use to enjoy this restaurant, but over the past year or so its gone down hill in every possible way. Service is spotty, food quality is very inconsistent, most of the time unsatisfactory compared to how it use to be. When they first opened and the owner was always present, the food and service was excellent. We keep on going back in hopes that the the good food and service will return, but keep getting disappointed with the results
The food is excellent but the woman that took my order, over the phone, seemed annoyed if I changed anything and cut me off mid-question... Told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up a half an hour later and it still wasn't ready! Service sucks but great food
Food looks okay, I wish I could try it.
Currently sitting here, and Ive been waiting 50 min for food. Told them we were in a hurry, had to get it to go. Still waiting. It doesn't seem that busy, it's just really really really slow. I had to go back to the car to get myself a bottle of water and a snack while waiting.
Yesterday was the first time here and I was amazed at the quality and quantity of the food, it was excellent! I will definitely return, the staff was friendly, attentive and the wait for the food was short, I plan on passing on this place to friends.
